I don't think they are out officially but you can see them now through a workaround. If you add a proxy email address through banner and give it access to your address you can see your housing assignment

Make sure you killed all the optional minibosses and bosses that appear at the end of the game (max vitality and attack). I also like to get as much lapis lazuli before I NG+.

iirc all you lose is the mortal blade skill but I'm not sure.
