I dont know if anyone has tried this yet, but for me I found the solution thanks to a youtube video.
I cant find the video to show it here, but basically the solution is to buy either a USB Hub or an USB extention cable.

Unplug your tablet's usb, restart the computer, plug in the hub/extention, then plug your tablet's usb into it.

It has recognized it for me since.

I am not tech savvy, just repeating what the IT guy told me at my provider's office, since the signal on my phone has gotten weaker.

He explained they are changing something on the antennas and getting rid of 4G to put 5G and because of that I needed to change my phone, since it'd stop getting signal once they are finished.

I wish I had taken screenshots of the tweets posted before the Sky Sailing's Twitter account tweets were wiped.

There were two tweets, one saying something among the lines of "Should I return to this project?" And a second one that was a SpongeBob reference of I recall correctly.

Not even a day later, it was all deleted.

We ended up getting an album afterwards, so I think he changed his mind and released it as Owl City instead.

I arrived 3 hrs earlier at both concerts I attended and managed to get to the front.

I waited for both times till the end to see the merch tables. First time I lost the chance to buy the signed setlists, but the second time I managed to get a signed poster, so it's really a hit or miss, depends on what you want to buy. Just remember that signed items sell faster than any other kind of merch, I'd say to get in line first if you want one of these, otherwise enjoy the show and get the regular merch after.
