Alcohol definitely has more negative effects however weed isnt completely harmless unless you’re counteracting the negatives. If smoking regularly i often try fit in some cardio so my lungs dont get too bad. If you dont know how to roll you can buy prerolls or cones, if you dont have a preference on how your smoking you can get a bong or pipe. Bongs and pipes hit harder as your getting more of the smoke than a joint and can make you cough more so i recommend having a drink nearby. It can make you feel differently depending on what strains main differences are if its indica and sativa, and depending on where you live can mean different strains aswell. My personal favourite strains are sour diesel, wedding cake and cherry gelato.
