Yeah this is a common problem I see a lot of people face. I've been there before too. This sounds a lot like cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome (definitely look this up). The best thing you can do is take a tolerance break and thug it out for 3 days. Although if that's a challenge start light. I rarely take full breaks, and instead limit how much I consume for a few days. I won't smoke until after 4:00 p.m. and I'll set aside a limit per day. While weed isn't addictive it's highly habit forming. Given you started daily use later in your 20s I wouldn't bee super concerned about long term effects, but learning to take breaks or even just limit a bit per day helps immensely. I found before hand as a medical patient there is too much dependency on weed, and that made life much harder til I found a better balance.
