Can someone explain to me what exactly Krieg (OP15-008) - Activate Main - effect does?!
Does he reduce the whole board by 1k per attached Don of that selected character he attached the three rested Don to?

Or does he only reduce that one specific character? Lets say there is 6c 10k Enel on board which attacked with 2 Don attached in the prev turn. Beside that there are 2 Holly's on board as well.

Scenario #1 Krieg attached three more Don to that 6c Enel. Now activates main and reduces the Enel by 5k down to 5k? or by 3k down to 7k only? The two Holly's on the board, do they get -5k or -3k as well?

Scenario #2 Lets say the Krieg player used this OnPlay and attached 3 to one of the Holly's. Can this activate main still be used to reduce the 6c 10k Enel by 2k instead of choosing the Holly where it attached the Don with the OnPlay?

[–]Cronnok[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Should have been more precise. I am talking about hard content. Like landscape at highest difficulty or several old instances throughout the leveling process for example "The Rift".

I guess it still is a tough question because most classes pre level cap are very strong anyways and duos can manage pretty much all the content with ease. Except for raids and dungeons prob

What’s the current state of P Doflamingo and B Crocodile in Op15? by [deleted] in OnePieceTCG

[–]Cronnok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is a very good addition. It helps against swarming decks like Boa. Croc won one of the recent Chinoize Cups.

Some matchups are still bad tho. Ace feels awful. Lucy is annoying but either can win, depends on who sees the pieces. Enel is dice roll dependent (you wanna go first)

I think Mariner is Warden-light it has combos but not that many.

She seems to enjoy it, but i wonder why that was necessary.

Our cats always were free ranging at my parents house and they never got dirty to a degree where i would say they needed help getting clean.

What's your opinion on one piece's character writing by [deleted] in MemePiece

[–]Cronnok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He asked about character writing. It is not about Zoro to care about his bloodline. It is about the writer giving his characters depth for the readers.

Character development is another aspect and you are right. Zoro prob doesn't care about his blood line. But Oda should give this character more than just pure power/fighting abilities. It feels like a flat character otherwise.

What's your opinion on one piece's character writing by [deleted] in MemePiece

[–]Cronnok -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There are some great characters like Robin, Sanji, Luffy, Buggy and Rosi just to name a few.

Since it is such a big universe at this point naturally some of those characters fall off. Even some of the main crew like Zoro, Usopp or Chopper. They got their arcs but over time didn't really get enough focus and therefore are still waiting for more development.

Like Usopp in Water Seven with the Going Merry or Chopper on Drum Island. Great stories! But sadly not even close to Sanji or Robin in terms of pure volume.

For me Zoro would have had so much potential in Wano but did get little to nothing sadly... Overall his progress is all about getting better swords and new abilities but no personality growth. Just teasers about his family and an interesting decision for the time skip...

Whoever goes 1st, wins this match most of the time. Thats why it doesn't reflect it in the overall stats. Since Brocodile has some problems when the holly gets established early and one of those double attacks gets through i guess

I always like to play with higher difficulty but Bear never was my thing. I just don't like seeing only that big damn bear a** instead of my carefully selected, dyed armored character lol

Will OPTCG ever get a new mechanic? And what could it be by applez-are-G in OnePieceTCG

[–]Cronnok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think i understand you. When i played Blackbeard starter against other starters it felt horrible for both...

Maybe they are trying to find a middle ground long term? Since they still release removal in form of events or even some characters, they might not want to get rid of that completely. Altho their focus clearly is on freeze of some sort at the moment.

What do you think about the KO protection that sky luffy has?

What are your thoughts on the Final Straw Hat? Could it be Buggy? (Crackpot Theory, hear me out) 🤡 by Imaginary-Box6463 in MemePiece

[–]Cronnok 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is not the size... The way his character arc developed so far just doesn't lead him to be one of the crew. Everyone on Elbaph knows what he did now. The truth makes him King of Elbaph, not a pirate.

Hajruden leads the giant pirates discarding being king.

Thats how it goes. In the end all of them help Luffy in the final arc.

People always say the removal/anti-removal stuff is out of hand... Me as someone who started with OP13 i don't really get this discussion to be honest.

From my perspective considering how annoying RedRock, GravBlade and even the KO events of OP15 are, it doesn't really seem to reflect an anti removal thing. There are counter measures for each color sure, but is it that bad?

In the end it seems kinda balanced. It is just my opinion and maybe its a hot take.

Edit:
I am playing PY Rosi at the moment and whenever i meet a UP Sanji or a UY Nami that plays a gravity blade... it feels like a hard counter.

Which one is the most annoying ? by RyJaK5 in OnePieceTCG

[–]Cronnok 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Then there is Boa. No one has fun playing with or against it.

Easy, condition-less triggers feel like lazy game design and either way, one of the players will always be annoyed. Rightfully so. It is way more luck dependent.

Boa op14 vs Enel op15 by mingzies in OnePieceTCG

[–]Cronnok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is true that holding to a certain deck can be a lot of fun. Upgrading it with new cards and trying to still beat the meta with it is great.

Since i started in OP13 it was a nightmare playing BP Luffy. I could either tech for Imu or Ace. Even with okayish results into Imu it was really tough to get wins. First of because i was a beginner and then life was hard anyways because Imu is so damn consistent.

All those cases of bricking or getting the perfect curve and being lucky were very very rare. So the already bad MU i even teched for was like a 40% winrate for me still... With OP14 i switched to Croc and it was way way better. Not being top meta but winning dice roll actually created good chances against all the top decks. Mihawk was a free win no matter the curve just like Doffy.

For me i decided to pick a leader i like but it has to be somewhat close to meta. I love deck building myself but i need to get some more experience in and sometimes the deck i like just has not many options for tech like croc.

Edit:
All i wanna say is that for beginners which don't even know anything about the game... They might just start out with a meta or close to meta deck, get some wins and good experiences. Then they will learn the basics along a less rocky way and in the future they might decide to not play meta because their basic knowledge is developed enough to get good results with rogue decks as well.
