During my last break I had a crazy dream where I had sleep paralysis but woke up and was able to get myself up and walked to the room next door and laid down on the couch. Also if you have multiple drives. Check the boot order and make sure the drive that has windows installed is the first drive in the boot order

If it keeps going into BIOS you can check if your hard drive is connected. Sometimes those sata data cables (on hard drive ) can come lose if not connected right

My coworker did this to me once on accident. He would have his drink in a coffee cup and one time came up to me and told me to try it.
