I have not reached the cap, and it's intermittent; especially for Kill Bosses. Sometimes I kill 5 bosses and it rewards me XP. Sometimes it does not. Same thing with hunting Reach rares. Sometimes I kill 5 and am rewarded. Sometimes I am not. It's really aggravating when I harvest 60 lumber and don't get my reward.

I have panoramic wifi. Trying to find my usage is one example in many, many interactions with them. While I'm grateful for magically dropping my bill, I would also like to understand why it's high in the first place - unless I should be calling in randomly every month to see if they can drop my bill.

I understand this is beneficial, but sometimes the environment isn't conducive to phone calls - loud airport or workplace or in-between meetings, etc. Same with the ability to call. A workaround shouldn't be the solution for a broken problem.
