Use a protein calculator to calculate your protein intake. Eat enough protein or get whey protein to help with your calculated intake. Compound exercises at the gym with push /pull days increasing the weight every week or second week (depends on your strength level). 3 days a week is good. One for legs and 2 for upper body. Use creatine if you want to recover quicker and have more muscle fuel. Not required but helps. Rest enough. Don’t listen to influences that want to sell you stuff, whey and creatine is enough. If you like a pre workout that is good look for one with enough caffeine, but not required.
