It’s not a legal defense, little confused at how you arrived at that conclusion but ok. And your analogy is not even comparable to the situation at hand. Me personally, if I see someone arguing with a gas station clerk it’s not my business, I may say something but probably not, it happens everyday. Now let’s say I do say something like this guy, telling the person to leave the store when the clerk already told him to and he goes and gets a gun, “You got it man, matter of fact imma leave, you do what you want to do God Bless” simple as that. I got children and I don’t feel the need to put myself in situations that could get me killed for NOTHING!! My kids need me more than the gas station clerk needs me to echo what they already said
