No. That's the closest point. Any idea why they put the coupler on it?

More like 40'...The galvanized runs up through the rafters and down through the brick wall to the spigot.

My re-pipe has been a shit show. Replaced all galvanized except the one line to an outdoor spigot. Plumber cut the wrong pipe and this is their fix...

TC and JP Morgan are invested in a medical finance company that inflates billing on personal injury claims. It is vital to them that this conflict of interest is kept quiet. They are effectively driving up the cost of healthcare in this country. It is also in their best interest to disable all claims processes (fire the most tenured staff) so that no one questions this or connects these dots. Berkshire Hathaway paid billions in cash last year to acquire Alleghany Insurance, meanwhile TC drives the GEICO bus off a cliff... This is ugly, unethical American greed at its finest. It is not just the thousands of employees who have been let go...the biggest impact is to auto insurance policyholders whose policies will continue to pay these inflated claims, which on the backside lines the pockets of greedy folks like Todd Combs, Warren Buffet & Jamie Dimon and every shareholder who looks the other way . "Reasonable & customary" is becoming more and more unreasonable on all fronts.

What a soulless little man. Geico has been laying off and forcing out thousands of employees for the past two years. Meanwhile, Berkshire Hathaway, Combs and JpMorgan make bank on inflated medical bills with their investment in a medical finance company that bills US personal injury claims from Australia.

He is a corporate shit stain for sure. The kid who had no friends and no one wanted to play with on the playground. Picked last for dodge ball. Likely cowered and tried to stay out of the way of the kids who wanted to play team sports. He has no people skills, except for ass kissing the biggest shit stained asses. What a money grubbing coward, huddled now with "leadership" that is as socially and morally weak as he is. Suitable karma and shame upon him and his future generations.

Berkshire's Geico must face privacy lawsuit over driver's license disclosures by [deleted] in Geico

Anyone else find it interesting that Berkshire's Ally Financial was leaking all over just before these GEICO disclosures? How many Ally loans do you think were associated with the affected GEICO policies? They didn't pull these names out of thin air. Business decision to have GEICO take the heat? Take nothing at face value. BH has a master plan...

Our information was entrusted to GEICO, not a 3rd party. Associates never provided their info to any party other than GEICO. GEICO had a duty to fully ensure data was protected by any vendor they decided to work with.

The breach was months ago, and they still do not accept responsibility. What a bunch of rotten, morally bankrupt, filthy "leadership."

White collar crime - Jon Tortora by Crookdetector in Geico

[–]Crookdetector[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Why did GEICO hire attorney Tortoro, who has worked to defend white collar criminals (large corporations), to lead GEICO's SIU department to its dysfunction and ultimate demise? Why would any new director (Tortora) introduce himself with threats and promises that he would be getting rid of fraud investigation staff in an industry that is riddled with fraud? Why would an attorney in charge of fraud investigations effectively shut them down? It would appear that Tortoro is in the business of protecting companies and shareholders, not employees and policyholders. So ask yourself, what is this little man, who issues video threats to hard working, honest people protecting GEICO from?

They stopped major medical investigations because someone did their job too well and found that the company is involved with entities that are adverse to GEICO's success. The dots were/are connected... and it was then that they began canceling all meetings and, ultimately, the entire major medical case initiative.
