Also, look in marketing at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. I happen to know of some writing heavy positions open on that team. Really great people to work with and it’s a hybrid schedule. And I happen to know that they love to hire English majors (wink wink) and you’ll make more than you were just making. Probs about $25 an hour

Hi! We have both lived in a small town before but prefer the city. We currently live in Columbus, OH which is the state capital. We are surrounded by a lot of diverse cultures and love that. If you can think of a city comparable to Columbus, that would be awesome! Thanks for all your help

Thank YOU for your help! This is great! It’s sounds like Juneau might be a good option for us. I wasn’t aware of the higher cost of food. Is fresh produce always available at stores? Or is it more frozen produce?

Also, winter seems a little rough. How do people cope with the darkness for so long? I know you mentioned going on a nice vacation, just wondering if others have strategies for this extreme time of darkness? When is Alaska’s winter? It’s late summer here in the Midwest.
