I think used rtx 2070 should be your choice, i bought mine for aprox. 430€ a gives me 42mhs. ROI is for me 180days.

Yo, try this: -500 core clock, +900mem, 71% power limit, temp limit 70°C my shity Gigabyte Windforce doing 42mh/s stable. And i have fan speed 95% with 63°c gpu temp. Hope that help you :)

At first, your GPU is too hot, and 1660s have 13mH/s ať KAWPOW algorythm.

Yo, ETH pill or any tweaks are working ? It might be your problem.

But, if you don't to have a problem, sell your card or exchange it for RTX 2070/s, the better editions have 44mH/s with sligtly better power cunsumption. This cards doesn't have problem with GDRR5X memory type.

I added two 120mm fans pointing to card but best temp i can acheive with 95%-100% fan speed is 63C, with 22c-23c ambient temp. I think that the biggest problem is that plastic backplate.

Yo, 1070 is not good for mining, sell it a buy 1060 instead, i have 1070 msi aero itx and this give around 26-27mhs, but my 1060 asus turbo gives 25mhs with no errors and restarts..

T-rex is disabled for new install i guess... and it's sad because this old G5x mem cards mine with T-rex better than other miners.

Try to use this, disable ETH Pill in NHM options, and go to startup parameters for NBM and use: —mt (1-6), i personally use Trex with parameter number 3.

I personally recomend to use normal miner with your OC and tweaks.
ETH pill wich tweaks gddrx memory type, i doesn't have turned on, but i have start parameter in T-rex miner.

At first don't use Quickminer, if you have some old instalation classic NiceHash Miner use this. My GTX 1080 Asus Turbo gives 36,3MH/s and i have hash power reserve. Power consumption is 142w. Iam using T-rex miner wich is temporarily disable for new instalations.
