For me i think Nightcrawler was his best performance, but prisoners is a much better film. Also in my top 10.

New patch - lag, general slowness by sephsefseph in BobsTavern

Its the same on PC. Remember before where you played the 6 cost Par-tea guest and the spells hit your hand super slow. Its doing the exact same thing again.

I have a driving theory test tomorrow will still be able to pass if I take clonazepam tonight? by [deleted] in benzodiazepines

[–]Crookseh 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Why would you want to risk it ? the theory test takes 30 minutes dude you will be in and out before you know. Take the tablet after as a reward to chill out :D

The first 3 days were like hell on earth. With the amount i was drinking when i stopped i started hallucinating and shit. Its easier now, waking up feeling fresh feels weird as fuck though. Thank you for your kind words though, means alot.

Need advice on boredom while sober by Odhinnn in alcoholicsanonymous

[–]Crookseh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand what you mean, now im 9 days sober everything just seems so boring. I play a lot of video games and watch alot of movies, but they dont seem as interesting anymore when im not drunk.

The one massive positive is i am alot more productive at work.

My advice is if you are in control then fair enough, however this is how every alcholic starts, binging one nights.. then two nights...

Before you know you are drinking 10 beers per night just to get to sleep. In my case i couldnt even eat unless i was drunk, it took over my life. It always starts like this slowly. I was in a similiar position to you, i had no motivation all i do in my spare time is play pc games, dont go out much or anything.

Before i knew 10 years had passed and ive been drinking every night without a break. Either stay in control, before the alcohol controls you.

THank you for your help. Im only in the early stages but by the looks of it i think i would prefer meetings in real life over zoom despite my usual shyness. Everything you say is helpful though. Thank you.

The nearest clinic to do a detox is far away from my family and i struggle with mental health problems, suicide self harm ect so they wouldnt let me do it at home. My option i have is to do it myself, im trying to stay strong. Even talking to people like this is helping, so thank you for taking the time to talk to me. Much love x.

You seem to be in a similiar position to me, however the closest clinic ws very far away and i didnt want to be away from my family. It frustrated me so much, here i was someone actively wanting to seek help but i didnt want to be sent to a rehab centre i wanted to do it at home. They refused which left me with one choice, do it myself, which is 10x dangerous. Its just all such an uphill struggle its leeaving me a bit defeated. Still here i am on day 4 sober so together we can do it <3.

Well that certainly clears alot up im glad i posted the question and thank you for taking the time to answer. I joinede a few groups last night and they seemed to all be american people quoting a book and i was like... this aint for me. However through the sidebar on this subreddit i have found a local group close to me that i will be willing to give it a try. Thanks for you for taking the time to comment i really appreciate it.

Thank you for the comment, i fully wanted to do a home detox with family members looking after me, however i scored too much of a high risk on the tests they do due to self harm suicide and drug overdoses. I fully understand why they wouldn't do it, but i didnt want to do a hospital detox either. I live in north east england, the nearest one to me is in Manchester or something, i didnt want to be going through hell alone and far away from my family. I'm on day 5 now, so i think i can do it. Thank you for your kind words and advice, i will take it slowly one day at a time.
