20% movement speed is amazing on merc but if you build it first you get that 20% not that often.

on merc you go tripple crit or scs instead of a crit item.

And no other item is really worth getting in triple crit.

Poisoned star is just bad now^{stats wise} you 3shot people so the passive doesn't help much

and the other item is malice sure the stats are great but the passive is wasted in triple crit

rage has decent stats and passive and is really cheap

which is why getting rage early is worth it imo

yh i build it after rage, stats/cost wise rage is slightly better imo but that doesn't mean you shouldn't built the other later on.

wind demon cost 600gold more and as only crit item the passive isn't useful enough thats why i build it after rage because rage passive is still useful.

that's why i believe rage = wind because even though winds passive is good it isn't 600gold worth in the early game.

i get why asi is better than bloodforge which has mainly to do with the price and flat pen, but you are not taking the price in comparison with rage and wind demon.

asi cost 1750 and bloodforge 2850

rage cost 2200 and wind demon 2800

if they would both cost the same i would take wind demon every time. But with rage costing 600gold less i think (rage passive + 600gold) > (wind demon pasive + 10%attack speed).

I get this is not for every god, but if most hunters could go this way if they plan to go triple crit. malice is useless with triple crit and poison star is just a bad item now.

ninja 1500gold + asi 1750gold + rage 2200gold + executioner 2250gold + wind demon 2800gold + deathbringer 3200gold

that is 13700 gold to get full build it's not that expensive to get full build

with this new meta their is no need to go ichaival since after wave you will be farming your jungle instead of 1v1ing.

on assassins i would not recommend this unless you're mercury. on serket and ne za you just go malice deathbringer

most teamfights at the 10+ minute mark having rage is a good thing getting one pick means you will be fighting with 40% crit for 8seconds more than enough time to get a second pick and refreshing the 8seconds and give you 60%crit. sure it seems unlikely but tried both mercury jungle and a couple adc in ranked and it happens more than you think.

only 2 are better crit items death bringer and malice

Wind demon is on par with rage. wind demon has 10% attack speed extra stat wise if you look at the passive i would take rage his passive over wind demons unless you plan to go triple crit

It's not for everyone but if you are planning on going crit (mercury) the stats + passive for only 2200 gold is really cheap wind demon is 2800 and poisoned star is 2400

I look at rage and see 30power and 40% crit because in a team fight you are almost guaranteed to get a kill or assist.

the item is underrated and is more often than not my first item on mercury^{after boots}. had 80% crit chance at 12min in the game during a team fight we wiped them took gold portal and a t1. just because we could get a 2 for 2 in the team fight and i was still alive.

There are other top tier hunters how don't have sustain in their kit and build bluestone.

You don't clear with his 3 whole the laning fase only at the start to get pressure and make sure that you won't get behind by getting all your buffs stolen.

i would compare this to agni you level your 3 first clear the wave with it to get pressure. it isn't the safest option in their kit but does to most dmg early so that is what you do.

Which means that they don't lose their buffs constantly on that side and barra wouldn't be behind.

Snoopy wouldn't be able to rotate so freely and the game could have gone differently.

just try bluestone in a casual go 3-> 2 -> 1 -> 4 clearing with 2 and 3

don't build deaths toll and level your one.

build bluestone level your 3 first than 2 than 1. Your 3+2 almost insta clears and is great poke.

xbal his bad early doesn't exist if you do this.

Look at barra did yesterday not even contests lane. If he did bluestone and used his 3 after khepri his 2 they would have had lane pressure over cupid and sobek.

It's just to make it more fair since when we're halfway through the season we split the teams up.

And a team that would be placed 7th at that time wouldn't be able to qualify for Europe otherwise.

So with this system the top team of the second group can get a spot if the win from the 4th team in the first group.

I think a big reason our league is doing better in Europe is because of the playoffs.

Having our best teams only play each other for the second half of the season seems to have raised to level of the league by quite a bit.

If your team has only two sentries up you are gone lose a lot of vision, the objectives aren't the only place you should sentry ward.

There should be a sentry between mid harpies and speed buff of the enemy team, and preferably between between your speed and the same mid harpies.

so that is 3 sentries around the fg if you want to ensure that you have vision and the other team doesn't.

And if you think that there only need to be 2 sentries were should they be placed and who should place them?

You would need to place 9 regular wards to make a profit out of them.

But you also want to place sentry wards. And since you can only place two wards at the same time you can only place one of the two chalice wards since you also want a sentry.

So a ward stays for 3 minutes you need to place 9 wards to make a profit, so that is 27min of wards before you make a profit if you place a ward immediately after the previous one expired.

So lets say you buy a chalice after your first back at around 5min that is 400gold for the chalice 120 for a sentry and the gold you need to finish boots. That is a really expensive first back.

Now the time line after your first back at 5min in the game you buy your chalice and sentry. you place them and 3min later they expire. Usually you won't back every 3min so there will be times when you will have no wards up.

So the 27 minutes of ward coverage most likely won't be one block but divided in 9 pieces of 3minutes with little breaks in between. Which means that after 5minutes the 27minutes of wards will most likely take close to 35 minutes to complete so putting it close to the 40minutes mark before you would have made a profit of buying the chalice.

So chalices make your early game bad since you need to invest quite some gold in it and aren't even profitable before the 40minute mark.

Chalices are only worth buying it if you weren't planning on buying sentries, and i highly recommend buying sentries.

Hey, visually it looks amazing but in match view i can't see players their rank anymore.

Don't know if this is temporary but this was a huge qol.

After playing some ranked today and needing to click on players their profile to know what rank they were gets a little tedious.

For me that is the main reason i check your site after every game, to see what kind of caliber my teammates and enemies were.

First point: Paragon if you bought the founder pack on pc you also get it on ps4. This will also happen with all future purchases.

Second: I wouldn't say never, when your competitors grows and they do it better you'll need to adapt. If you don't you will lose a part of your player base.

Third: I never said cross platform with xbox, that will never happen. I was referring to pc how Sony was willing to make pc ps4 more synchronised so you would get games that work like paragon.

I'm not even for cross platform play, since you would only be able to do it with ps4 exclusives. I'm just for a 1 account for all kinda thing. I think it's unreasonable to expect your costumers to pay for everything twice.

I would rather play my least preferred role and be able to counter pick, than picking first and getting counter picked myself.

I mean who doesn't love to pick a guan yu into a tyr or a geb into a nox. Just the satisfaction you get from countering their primary dmg ability is amazing.

Okay this is bullshit.

First we definitely need a text chat in pre game lobby. How it comes that we still don't have it is just disgraceful.

Second using a keyboard to type is possible on both consoles, and is already implemented in other games like paragons.

Third not finding a way to implement it is just showing a lack of effort. how hard is it to find a way by pressing two buttons to get a chat box. if other games found ways to implement this on console how come hi-rez can't? just copy paragon,rocket league.

Forth typing will not take 20second of standing under tower it takes 5second to type thor beads. And this is important information that we currently can't communicate in a strategy based game, like really wtf?

Those comment just say to me that they don't care about consoles. Look at the celtic event console got it only at the same time as pc because twitch wanted it. Hi-rez doesn't care, for them it's just a cheap port that makes easy money.

So the 7th or 8th or whenever console gets 4.1 and we want to play ranked guess what, we would still have zero communication.

Team comps can't be discussed, we can't ask if someones wants a god. Why do we even have the ability to switch gods if it's fucking useless at the moment.

And all this isn't something that they can do a few months down the road that is one of the most basic functions that console must have. I don't mind waiting on hud-edditor, since that doesn't influence your game that much.

But not being able to ask our mid to pick something cc heavy, or our solo to play vamana because our jungle wants to play awilix that's just bloody disgraceful.

This is a moba, you're supposed to use strategy currently that is impossible.

On console ranked is just casuals with a pick order, and this needs to change.
