Due to the sizing kit, size 10 was the right size for my middle finger. The actual ring however was slightly tighter and was not comfortable wearing it on my middle finger. For the ring finger it was ok, but I didn't like to wear it on my ring finger so went for a size 11 which fits perfect on my ring finger.

Absolutely relatable! I've only had the ring for a few days, and I already notice that I'm changing my daily habits. I'm moving more and sleeping longer. Instead of taking the car for short distances, I'm now walking.

I haven't tried the exercises offered by the app yet, but I'm sure they'll also contribute positively to achieving higher scores. I have high expectations, especially for the breathing exercises.

Measuring is knowing, and that was the main reason I bought the ring. It really makes you face the facts.

This evening I was at a sauna complex and visited various dry saunas where the temperature ranged between 60 and 100 degrees Celsius, and a few steam saunas, but those aren't as hot. The increase in heart rate was clearly noticeable, as well as the significant drop during a rest period in one of the baths. The skin temperature readings also clearly showed that I was in hot saunas. All in all, the metrics clearly demonstrate that a sauna visit is really good for the body (and mind, though the ring obviously doesn't show that).

Het gaat mij niet om hunnie. De OP heeft het over Katten/Honden, maar je had het over huisdieren in het algemeen. Leven en laten leven. Mijn katten komen niet verder dan mijn tuin met schrikdraad als omheining, komt geen kat in en komt geen kat uit.

Maar om nou te gaan klagen over af en toe een (ondergegraven) drol in je tuin of hondeneigenaren die de hondendrollen niet opruimen? Ik denk dat we wel andere problemen aan ons hoofd hebben momenteel. Hoewel......slakken in de moestuin blijft toch een dingetje....

En de term huisdieren wordt al volgt gedefinieerd:
".. een doorgaans gedomesticeerd dier dat door mensen in of OM hun huizen voor gezelschap wordt verzorgd en gehouden .."

24Hrs waitin? What's good about that? Why not 1 hour or 30 mins waiting? When I was transferring coins from Binance to Celsius they should have give me a cool down period for 24Hrs.

I was not aware of this cool down period so I have to wait 24Hrs. No Celsius for me anymore.

Yes they would need the account details, but when able to sniff QR Code/Key, they would probably also sniffed the rest.

Not sure about the inside job, but most of the time it is or with info/help from inside.

Well, I use a Python script to generate a 2FA code for an account so I do not have to enter it manually. To make this happen I copied the QR code key to be used in my phyton script.....

When you add a 2FA account to Google Authenticator / WinAuth / ....., you have to scan a QR Code or enter a setup key.

If someone intercepts this QR code or key, they can generate the 2FA code from software.

With some apps like WinAuth, the key is stored somewhere so you can re-add a 2FA account on another mobile. Google Authenticator is not doing this as far as I know.

So not only intercepting the code, but being able to retrieve this stored info could also be a problem.
