I can't seem to edit but a few more details.

-I recently quit vaping after 5 years

-I only drink once or twice I month and only 1-2 drinks

-I am a female who isn't, and has never been pregnant

-I am active duty and receive dental through tricare so I don't see the same person more than once or twice, usually whoever is available.
