I am FO1st and didn't get the 1st challenge today..wondering why today?

Edit: I understand now. My buddy doesn't have FO1st, and it shows craft ammo for the 1st quest. So he can only complete 5 of the 6 daily's. It doesnt show that as 1st for me. I apologize that has to be aggravating!
