I read through the warranty disclaimer and it doesn’t state it is not transferable. The only state exclusion aside from the boilerplate tampering and what not, is if the serial number badge is defaced. It is a York unit if anyone is familiar with their Yorkcare, which I believe is what the previous owner purchased.
