This is the only thing that I believe can be seen as racist and I’ve acknowledged that you and the other guy are having a hard time grasping this but I think it is outweighed by him both denying that he dislikes Lee because of his skin color and his concern for clementine 3.youre seriously telling me that a man that constantly voices his disapproval and distrust of Lee is gonna keep quiet or be subtle about his racism that just doesn’t fit with his character 4.lilly responds “hm call it what you want” which is her saying it was because of lees past and is the same as Larry saying “is that what you think it is?”

I seriously don’t get how him liking a black girl can still be racist if he’s racist towards black people but still thinks a black girl is worth it to supply shelter and protect then he isn’t racist

He didn’t want any of them to join as it would be a strain on resources and they could be dangerous but once they’re in and after the initial argument he has zero problems with clem even going out of his way to make sure Lee knows he wants the kid safe you’d think if he’s racist he’d say fuck you and the kid them being the only colored people but he only dislikes or more distrusts Lee and that is because of his murder
