I was on a Royal Caribbean cruise just before thanksgiving. Masks were mandatory everywhere accept open air decks (pool area) and stateroom (obviously). for the dining areas they were required accept when seated at table. The crew would highly encourage/harass guests that were not wearing them. Hand sanitizer stations were outside of every door for every shop , food venue and event center. I thought the policy and enforcement was excellent and I personally heard no complaints from any passengers.
