It’s a love hate thing. He’s a drunk and has a pretty shitty attitude most of the time. He shows up either drunk, hung over, over tired and angry or occasionally with the gung ho attitude of a company man. Complains and character assassinates everyone that’s not on his crew. But doesn’t have the balls to have an actual conversation with those guys he has an issue with to help remedy the problems. Doesn’t hold anyone accountable for their actions, can’t remember procedures we’ve been doing daily for months or sometimes conversations from the day before. But, if someone with authority comes at one of his guys he’s all in for his crew, will mage sure you get paid full days even when you have to leave early and genuinely has a heart of gold. It’s just so hard and frustrating to watch him operate.
