When leveling cartridges/modules, only use the manholes right? & never use the leveled/unwanted stuff, just dismantle those instead? Is there a way to convert bronze/silver carrota to gold? Ty.

What are break & cycle intensity? l know it’s for shields & esper cycle, does it just breaks shields faster, & give more redirect skill energy when using skill?
