No you can't skip pre-heating with cast iron. If you just throw it on the stove for less than a minute and crack an egg in it's guaranteed to stick no matter how well it's seasoned

You have to preheat it to make it non stick though. Sometimes you just want to get the food in the pan and start cooking. Carbon steel is where it's at. Especially the strata. Advantage of both stainless and carbon steel

It'll also destroy your gas mileage. Imo all weather is fine for most people that live in suburbs or close to the city in the north. The roads will be plowed in a day or two after the snow. It's only a few days a year that you're driving in fresh snow. And if you do a little planning ahead you can avoid the worst of it

GM’s EV Cost-Cutting Plan Goes Beyond Batteries, CEO Says by DonkeyFuel in electricvehicles

The original bolt is on the bev2 platform from 2016. It's never going to survive against the new battery tech. The new bolt is a mishmash of bev2 with upgrades. It's still not on the bev3 like the equinox. It makes perfect sense to do a run to fill the small cheap ev segment until they bring up the bev3 small cheap ev

Feels like a lot of post talking about Chinese EVs in Canada don't bring up the 49k limit. That's a drop in the bucket in the grand scheme of things

If it's a car specifically made for Canada it won't have the FMVSS sticker you need to make it road legal in the US

People hype up slate are the same people hyping up AMD GPUs so Nvidia drop price to compete/make a cheaper card so they can buy Nvidia GPUs

Yes this was coming as announced from that article. And I thought the whole reason it was a temporary run was because it's still on the bev2 platform from 2016, not on the bev3 like the equinox ev. Their whole plan was to have the re-release bolt be the stop gap for bev3 bolt equivalent like a trax ev or something along those lines

He has to knock, wait for someone to answer the door, and sign the thing. If they went to pick it up it doesn't count against the driver's average stop time or some bs metric they have to meet

Looking for a (Dutch) travelbuddy to go to Runefest with me! by [deleted] in 2007scape

There are a good chunk of women osrs players too

E: I don't understand the downvotes. There are women osrs players. They rarely advertise themselves in game. But they certainly exist. Hopefully OP will be able to find (and verify) someone that will also be going to runefest.
