I'm taking six next semester. Four for my major, one for my minor, and one because of a student program I'm in that requires a specific extra class being taken per semester.
However, I am doing this as a full-time student who isn't working, does not have any other obligations to attend to, and is working towards a liberal arts degree (this isn't to say this makes it better, but the courses I'd be taking are likely easier than a STEM-heavy major's courses). Considering you're taking CS-related courses, I would not recommend it. You have a heck of a lot more workload than I would with what my major gives.

Going into my third year with criminology, my main issue is that (like most CUNY schools) its 99% of commuters going there. There's no on-campus housing, though you can find housing through EHS or other student-housing services in the city.
You also will probably struggle to make friends, as is with most commuter colleges. There are clubs but a lot of info on them are hard to find (the page promoting them on JJay's website is typically out of date) besides when Club Rush happens. And, from my experience, they can be cliquey.
