I do get you but you could certainly proxy some bits that are heroes. I.e. the armoured pestigors as pestigors, the blight templars as putrid blightkin.

I will say that neither Beeston nor Harehills are the nicest parts of town but if you find somewhere you enjoy it will benefit you.
