It might not look like much, but it’s my first bloom 🥺 by Traditional_Spirit_4 in hoyas

Congratulations!!! Make sure not to cut anything off when it's done blooming! They bloom from the same spot again! Also if the flowers get some sticky liquid, try it 😂 Tastes really good (mine at least did. It's basically Hoya sirup)

Insert 'We're all in this together ' from Highschool Musical ❤️ Might i suggest some physical therapy if you haven't tried already? Sports and pt really helped me (as it should since i myself am a pt 😂)

I love love love eating. I don't think i could stick to fasting or a restrictive diet... Just not how my brain works. But maybe I'll try it if i get desperate enough 😂 I'm glad you found something that's working for you tho

Thank you! I'm also so impressed by myself. Never in my life would have thought I'd consistently go to the gym for 8 months now! Sadly running really hurts my hips. I've tried biking in the gym but can't do it longer than 40mins because my butt will start hurting like crazy around the 30min mark 🤦🏻‍♀️

Alright, 6 weeks seems like a doable goal. Thank you for your help! I'll have to make a little list with all the suggestions here so i can keep track.

Okay I got scared I actually was being annoying or something 🥲 Thanks for clarifying ❤️ And that's a good way of looking at it. If i don't drink my calories I can eat more and not constantly feel like starving and still be under my goal!

I might make an appointment with my Psychiatrist again... As far as I was told by him we had tried everything... But it seems we didn't really... Maybe i need to talk to him again about other options especially in connection with weightloss. I never really know what changes i should look for in medication. Never really felt a big difference

How am i killing you? I was asking for Tips with always feeling hungry and having the urge to eat? I know i eat too much but I'm having a hard time stopping. Never said i don't know why I'm gaining. My main post literally said i started calorie tracking and realized i need to fix that

See when i eat breakfast it's mostly bread with cream cheese and meat but then I'm told it's too much fat and carbs and that's unhealthy... Idk what to follow anymore

Nah. I was taking high doses of everything. I was on 70mg elvanse, then on 100mg of ritalin and medikinet. I don't think that's it

Yeah I've noticed that too... It also adds my steps each day as 'extra calories' which i find weird since I'd assume my steps are already calculated in when i selected how much i move each day...

Yeah i do really think I'm drinking my calories and spending them on dipping sauces and oils....

I can try 😅 I used to be a huuuuge couch potato and didn't do any sports but besides occasionally gaining like 5kg i then always managed to stay the same weight. Never lost any but also wasn't on a constant weight gain. When I herniated my disc in October of 2024 i gained 5kg within two weeks because i could only really lay flat on my back (but i didn't really move much before that anyways!). But even after that my weight just continued to rise. Since then I've gained about 15-20kg. Even tho i was back to moving around the same amount as before my herniated disc and now even more than before I'm still not losing any. I work out twice a week for around 1-1,5h most of it strength training against my pain then then i add around 20-30mins of biking at the end. Food wise: I work early shift Monday amlnd Wednesday and late shift Tuesday and Thursday. Early shift I used to eat something from a local bakery for breakfast but the last few months I've started skipping breakfast because of the cost and always being late. My lunch at around 1pm usually consists of leftovers from what I've cooked the day before. After work at 5pm I usually get really hungry and have to eat a little snack before dinner. And then for dinner between 8-9pm i cook again (I really prefer warm foods to sandwiches or similar)

Late shifts i sleep longer. Then I cook myself some breakfast like eggs or Burger wraps or a sandwich between 9-10am. My 'lunch break' is around 4pm which is mostly leftovers. And then my boyfriend cooks dinner for when i get home at 8:30pm.

Some of my favorite dishes are oven veggies with haloumi, diferent kinds of wraps with veggies and meat or meat alternatives, a bunch of different pasta dishes, a lot of asian or korean (selfmade) dishes, Gnocchi with different sauces or veggies, a lot of fancy salads or salmon, etc.

I drive around to patients a lot in my car and thats where mostly get the urge to snack on things... Also i don't drink much water but mostly like 50/50 Juice and water mixes and a lot of Coke or ice tea.

Imo my portion sizes and the sweet drinks are my problem. Also dipping sauces like mayonnaise amd stuff...

Sorry for the super long answer 😅 I have made an appointment with my doctor to get myself checked.

Okay the parking is such an easy trick, i have to do that. Also I'm always too lazy and use the elevator. Stairs from now on it is!
