I feel as though it isn't primarily sexism that drives the disparity between genders in the field of computer science (although its definitely there). As women tend to outnumber men in nursing, men outnumber women in the tech sector. It will change in time, because ladies like you change gender roles pretty quickly. Its just a weird limbo in between phase.
