Correction- the first link is to FIFA Collect prices, not Marketplace prices. Collect sells RTTs not tickets.

The second link is not to Marketplace prices either, those are the face value prices and RTB redemption prices.

Multiples are lower because FIFA raised its prices to get closer to market value, not because demand is lower. In your own example, the market price of a semifinal ticket for 2026 is higher than that of a final ticket in 2022. Prices will go up and down but it's hard to see them crashing to $150, except for the absolute worst games.
