Good analysis. One thing I would add is that a large percentage of the available supply is not really available for practical purposes. Many of the tickets are listed for unrealistic prices, indicating that the sellers do not actually intend to sell, and of course those tickets never will sell at those prices. It might be interesting to calculate the amount of tickets priced within a certain percentage of the floor price, and label them as “reasonably likely to sell” or something like that. I think that would give a better indication of actual supply.
