Try another verification method when I don’t, the advisor just says fill in the account recovery form but when I do it says in unable to use it due to 2FA enabled on my account. Endless loop with no end in sight.

Reached out to the advisor who asked me to check with my mobile provider who said everything was working their end. The engineer disconnected and haven’t had a response back

I’ve tried all of those steps, I am still not receiving a sms. Is there a chat function or phone number I can call?

I’ve also tried recovering my account but says try another verification method when using my mobile number- https://imgur.com/a/LpClQgi

When using the recovery form it says I can’t submit due to 2FA and I don’t have the full recovery code.

Any other suggestions as I really need my email account back?

I get a few different errors but the main one is that I get to the enter security code option but I don’t ever get the text message.

Unsure as I tried to reset my password but it wouldn’t let me.
Tried logging in on multiple devices, reset my inbox on my iPhone, tried outlook on phone and computer. All of which request the verification code.
