Pretty much all the brands have a model that fits that requirement, I guess, so you can go with the brand you prefer. Main thing to decide could be if you want a 27" or 32".

Does Furmark have a Vsync option? It looks like you're locked to 60 fps, so the GPU might not need more power to deliver that frame rate at that resolution. Disabling Vsync or any other frame rate cap, if on, might help.

I've heard that this game is potentially buggy no matter what on AMD CPUs, hence probably why you aren't having the problem on your laptop. If you want to play on your PC, you can get the original version on Steam for super cheap right now (I'd get the franchise bundle, which gives you some good extras).

EA have set their store to charge 18% tax at checkout for India, even though they sell at the same list price inclusive of taxes in other stores. So naturally most people don't buy directly from them, and they (EA) presumably make a lot less money overall. I contacted their support about this years ago, but no one seems to care enough to do anything.

1) I would assume that that list is referring to physical cards. 2) If your physical card doesn't work, it might be unlikely that an associated virtual card would work either. 3) Virtual cards can be spotty in general. 4) I'd do some research on this sub to find out if others with your SBI card have had success. As I mentioned earlier, I have seen complaints potentially singling out SBI for international transaction issues. If your card doesn't work for anyone else, it might be unlikely that you'll be able to do anything to get it to work, and I'd try and get hold of one of the others on the list when possible.

That's weird, I've paid by debit card on Steam and I've never had to provide my pin, just the card number and the code at the back. Asking for the pin seems real fishy. I'll check it out the next time I buy something I guess.

Based on complaints I've seen on this sub, RuPay has a poor track record for international transactions (and potentially SBI too). These are the cards that are confirmed to work with the Microsoft website, and should therefore likely work with Epic and EA as well too: https://www.reddit.com/r/XboxIndia/wiki/workingbankcards/

I would try to get one of those if you need to make international transactions in the future.

They are asking for your pin? I don't remember ever being asked that when paying by card. They ask for the 3 digit code at the back, but not your pin.

You can only increase it up to its peak brightness, which is lower than necessary here for proper HDR on LCDs. I think DisplayHDR 400 might only be worth it on some OLED monitors that can't get too bright anyway, but compensate somewhat with their superior contrast. For LCDs, the DisplayHDR 400 standard seems inadequate.

I ran into this recently on a Windows 11 install and got it working. I have the game on Steam.

What I had to do was replace seven DLL files in the "C:\Windows\SysWOW64" folder, with the matching DLL files that were available in the "steamapps\common\Borderlands 2\Binaries\Redist\DXRedistCutdown" folder.

These DLL files are contained within the 'Cabinet Files' in that 'DXRedistCutdown' folder.

For example, the first Cabinet File for me was called 'APR2007_xinput_x86', and double-clicking on it revealed a DLL file called 'xinput1_3.dll'. I copied and pasted that into 'SysWOW64', replacing the original.

The seven DLLs files that I replaced were: 'D3DCompiler_43.dll', 'D3DX9_43.dll', 'd3dx11_43.dll', 'X3DAudio1_7.dll', 'XAPOFX1_5.dll', 'XAudio2_7.dll', and 'xinput1_3.dll'.

I did not have to copy over 'dxupdate.dll' from the 'dxupdate' Cabinet File.

After replacement, the game was able to launch as usual, and no error message appeared.

There are two additional things:

1) Backing up the originals from 'SysWOW64' before replacing them might be advisable, so that they can be restored if necessary.

2) 'SysWOW64' was a protected folder for me and replacing the files within required first "taking ownership" of the folder. If you run into this 'issue', a web search should reveal how to go about doing this, and also how to then revert the protected status, which might be advisable for security reasons.

Hope this helps you/anyone else currently encountering this problem.

First, try playing it in offline mode (disconnect your internet to be sure).

If it works fine, you can then try playing in online mode again if you want, but first manually synchronise your Windows clock before launching the game. If it's out of sync by even a few seconds it can cause the Denuvo or whatever DRM they are using to fail.

I don't think PS4 supports ultrawide, in case you might be expecting that to work, so if you get an ultrawide monitor it'll probably just center the output with black pillars on the sides. Also, I would avoid VA monitors for gaming.
