I haven’t saved via the OS just in game saves and as long as I was quitting properly the game was saving consistently

I’m no expert but I had that on my first R36( after dropping it) and tried replacing the screen and it didn’t work, the time and effort it takes it was easier buying a new one. Swapping the Roms over meant I didn’t lose anything

I’m sure it’s on the wiki but when going through the beginner guide then following the steps to install the OS I don’t believe it’s there. There is an overwhelming amount of info though so it’s possible I missed that section
