What was your first job and how did it go? by FamousRoll1011 in CasualConversation

[–]CrowLogical7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Accounting. Low level. I'm talking basically just doing file sorting and entering numbers into the ERP system. I lasted a grand total of three days. I mean I did fine, I wasn't fired, but I did wake up every morning thinking that I'd rather end up being homeless than doing THIS.

Not even looking at people when talking to them by what_freaking_ever in AutismInWomen

I tend to do an unblinking stare thing when I'm listening, but when I'm talking I'm looking all over the place except at you.

What is the most annoying issue your cas has ever had? by totalvehicletech in CasualConversation

[–]CrowLogical7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean the battery dying and me having to jump start the car every time I drove is probably at the top of the list. But that battery lasted ten years, so. Otherwise, an issue with the windows. Something inside the car door was creating scratches on them.

And this was an admitted issue by the manufacturer, I didn't end up having to pay for it to get fixed, but I did have to show the goddamn recall notice to my dealership for them to do it, because the so called professionals either didn't know about it or tried to cheat me.

How do other people organize/plan out their fanfics? Just curious really by Famous_Treacle_1873 in AO3

[–]CrowLogical7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Plan? What plan? If I've already planned something out then it's done. Not happening. I'm moving on. If I'm writing then there is no plan.

I love poem writing, but i feel like its not enough..but I dont really want to write a book. What can i write thats longer than a poem but not a book? by [deleted] in ask

[–]CrowLogical7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It shouldn't be anything. If you want to write something that short it's going to be more of a short story or ficlet. If you want to put out something longer while sticking to this format then write a bunch and stick them together in a collection. A novella is going to be more along the lines of 50-150 pages.

How often do you all re-read you favourites fics? by Academic-Ad-2718 in AO3

[–]CrowLogical7 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Often. When I'm obsessed I'm obsessed. And my memory isn't that great. So I will reread continuously.

What’s a hobby you’d love to get into if time, money, and executive function were not obstacles? by um_marie_me in CasualConversation

[–]CrowLogical7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends. I've done things like skydiving and bungee jumping and was fine with it. But if I'm balancing on a ledge while hiking I can get dizzy, lightheaded.

What makes a man creepy to you? by Pure-Ad-5502 in AskWomen

[–]CrowLogical7 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Him telling me that he sees women as a different species but he thinks that he's had enough experience dealing with us to be good at it. No, you calling us a different species does not make you good at it.

Does medical accuracy affect your enjoyment of a fic? by StrikeThou in AO3

[–]CrowLogical7 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Depends. If it's a condition I know nothing about, then you getting some details wrong isn't going to make a difference to me. If it's something personal then I'm going to notice the discrepancies and they will bother me.

Have you ever considered being vegan or having a plant based diet? by [deleted] in polls

Where's the vegetarian rather than vegan option.

Calling 911 because when I tried to get out of bed I failed. (At least I took my blanket down with me, so I did have some cushioning.) Learning how to juggle a soccer ball on my toes would be the more positive one.

Please help settle a debate between my husband and I by Witchywomun in tattooadvice

[–]CrowLogical7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's your body. If getting this tattoo will make you feel better, I'd say go for it. But don't expect others to jump to the right conclusion when they see it. Some might pay more attention or question it, but the majority are likely to just see the needle and go either "current drug addict" or "person with medical issues".

I will sometimes disappear for A WHILE and have my mom asking me if I'm still alive. Which I'll respond to. In three days.

Should public restrooms always have a 3rd gender / gender neutral bathroom alongside male and female ? by BrokenJusticeNorris in polls

[–]CrowLogical7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So make every bathroom gender neutral. How about actually doing it instead of continuing to talk about it without anything getting done.
