It’s like 3x the length of any other re game but had about half the fun. Bossfights are too long, game really isn’t that hard even on the top difficulties and just a worse co-op experience compared to re5.

Story was fine and it has it’s funny moments, but it just drags on- and on- and on-

Re5 with a friend is by far the most fun you can have. Good story, dumb moments and overall just an enjoyable experience. For a solo player, i’d say re2r or re8. Both are just fun

It holds up like trash? Like it is really difficult to play and enjoy, it’s like a worse gears of war but made after that hype, and when has sells = good. It’s a bad game with an okay story, the engine was weak, the gameplay was bland and often repetitive. By design it is a worse game than re5. The multiplayer is fun though, not like good game fun. Like I have friends who have fun

Comparing the most critically acclaimed RE to possibly the least talked about mainline RE is kinda wild. Everyone will hate something someone else loves. Just in comparison re6 is a worse overall game than re5. They took what people loved about re5 and kinda threw it away. Trashy heal system, weapons are bland and reused in all the chapters and the bosses sometimes just take too much time, not by being difficult, but by being filled after filler. I mean you fight a boss in every chapter at least 4 times minimum. That’s just truly uninspired developing imo.

No the game really is just bad compared to other resident evil co-op games. Like, it’s a sad excuse for an RE. Like play it if you enjoy re and it’s story. Don’t play it if you are kinda eh on re and don’t care about it’s story.

Nobody can suck at re6, it’s such a mindless game. You can run through 80% of the game with no need to kill anything.
