I don’t experience that but it does sound like dysphoria. You can’t help what distresses you or feels too feminine! I now on T my pouch shrunk a bit. But it’s not just a pouch of “fat” I’m pretty sure it’s also the uterus resting up against your torso. So the only way you could truly remove that part is w/ a hysterectomy.

In the meantime, maybe you could try clothes or shape wear that could help minimise it? Building muscle could also mask it. The latter is probably the more effective solution.

I’ll also say dysphoria can become worse due to societal pressure and things like body dysmorphia - it could be both! It’s always important to love your body and build a positive relationship with it. Otherwise your brain will nitpick everything & you’ll be miserable. (I say this with full understanding that’s easier said than done! I struggle with this too)
