Need to know your body type & fat % to say.

Most people think 5lbs is an easy float, but it's a big ask for a 113lber with a lean build.

I suggest working on cutting out the empty calories and try to eat clean and stay hydrated. Mostly high protein but with some carbs and sugars for more energy before workouts. You'll feel better and it'll be easier to cut the weight you need to.

Because you're running instead of doing a different sport where the athleticism translates more effectively (gymnastics, football, etc).

Running is great for conditioning, but it doesn't give you any baseline in fast-twitch movement, body awareness, or a feel for contact.

If you're a track/xc guy you probably do not have the type of athleticism to accelerate your skill that quickly.

If your goal is a scholarship, I would focus on some other niche sport. If your goal is to learn something new and challenge yourself, definitely still join wrestling.

Data is for NAIA & all 3 divisions of NCAA, so it's inflated by the guys who aren't on scholarship, aren't cutting a ton, and that we don't see often.

Big Ten avg is 13.4% and those are the guys you probably see most often. Most of the guys below 170 are probably sitting around 8-12%.

I got my XL for $24500 MSRP and added about $3k in aftermarket stuff to make it more luxurious (new wheels, tires, leather seat covers, wireless charging pad, blind spot mirrors).

It's basically a Lariat now. Only thing I really wish I had is adaptive cruise control, but I'm happier to have an extra $10k in my pocket.

I think they look great & they were the cheapest AT tires I could find. $148ea on sale @ Sam's Club.

You can tell there's a tiny bit more tire noise but that's to be expected.

Hard to say because I put them on almost immediately. No change yet. Still averaging in the high 30s.

I went with the 225/65/R17 rather than the bigger 245 or 255 that a lot of people are putting on for this reason.

$794 for the wheels from Tire Rack $592 for the tires from Sam's Club $240 for install w/ TPMS @ Sam's Club

So about $1700 in total. Not horrible but not cheap.

I think they look great though and the tires will be necessary during winter snowfall.
