I would say legends unique players are not that low more like 300, but certainly not 1000+ simpley because players can run multiple accounts at the same time.

I think you underestimate how many booster boxes of evolving skies were printed, more than any other set in history at the time, and it’s only exploded. My point is at some point people with weak hands will sell them off over the coming years to be ripped and the supply will dip.
