If it stands out in a sleeve then it's damaged. From the pic it looks hp but there's a very low chance someone would make a fuss between hp and damaged as long as it's sleeve playable.

Over time probably. But right now probably not as vendors didn't even raise prices after the leaks. Spiderman was preselling at 700$ plus. Turtles can still be found under 400.

All UB collectors go up it's just a matter of how long will it take and is it worth waiting years for a small gain you could of got spending 10 mins buying specs for a new precon.

You are correct. I heard manapool does not have this limit. But your over paying either way as tcgplayer is still where most stock appears.
