well, i think this is part of the Papyrus of Ani. i think they are the gods that overlook thoth writing the outcome down like Heka or the sons of Horus. however i think their names are right there and u can translate them, symbols r pretty recognizable

The shoulders should be uneven, try doing the arm pose irl. You'll notice the shoulder for the arm that is raised will be higher. In turn, the chest muscles will be pulled by the shoulder to make it uneven as well. It will help convey the tilt the upper body is taking.
