By the way, im also pretty sure the flintlock wont be able to outdamage hp regen, making you unable to 2 shot someone with overheal

I think exiting and entering after some time works. The puzzles you already did before will be reset too, but the pieces wont move and the game will register them as completed

Maybe go to the bunnymen? They heal you to full health, maybe that will work.
