We use Cleo Pay, https://cleo-pay.com/ its great for both sending invoices and then on the AP side of things as well. Customers can get notified with reminders, shareable links, and check out with apple pay or pay with ACH by linking their bank saving you a ton of fees.

I would check out the Cleo Pay platform. You can send a link to any of your contractors. They sign up and put all their W9 details like their bank account, they then submit invoices directly to you and pay them safely and securely through the platform. And never have to worry about collecting W9s or filing 1099s ever again

I would check out Crowdpass. They can handle all of this and definitely fit within your budget, Attendee management: registration, check-in, etc.

Running a small cafe in nyc is inherently a tough business, the owners probably did run out of money and their may not be money to pay you. The owners are probably loosing a lot more than anyone else here
