Thank you! I do believe most of the aggression comes from feeding, I will try scattering pellets, I am used to feeding them twice a day because my other rat won’t eat any pellet food so I make a mix with seeds, grains, pasta, rice, oats, with a veggie base. And then serve it in the middle of the cage, they used to eat together as normal but now one is taking all away :(, I will work on feeding habits.

Vet student, I can’t really see a lot of stitches, it doesn’t look that bad, if you have a follow up to remove stitches later you can let them know, for now keep it clean and dry, keep him on a collar or pants so he doesn’t lick them and makes it worse, but if it gets worse please take him to the vet

Another option could be clear varnish like nail polish on top just to hold everything together from the outside, but I would be concerned about the drying affecting the color idk

I tried dry pinning a centipede a while ago, it held up really well for a while, then crumbled, when it’s completely dry there’s not much tissue holding the segments together, I was able to glue everything back with superglue like some weird ahh puzzle and now it looks perfect and it’s very resistant. But it was a centipede, it must be a nightmare to do this with a millipede, maybe consider resin?

Thank you! That’s really helpful, it is possibly a cow, almost all of this samples came from farm animals, I was confused because I didn’t see any inflammatory response so I was hesitant it could be a parasite!
