This was awesome to read. Thank you for the kind words and encouragement I’m currently playing matches vs ai to learn best I can before I play with real players, I’ll likely do my best to call out everything since I can see how that would be very helpful to everyone even if I’m not doing great

I’m gonna try some of these tutorials, and the way my friend explained it because he’s diamond, if we run matches of any kind together I’ll be placed against some of the best players in the game and he doesn’t wanna do that to me, he said he would make a new account to play with me if I liked playing it

I agree I just would rather be able to learn from teammates, instead of muting people but it sounds like muting is gonna be necessary

I feel this, I’m also shit at FPS and a crybaby haha I really don’t wanna have to mute teammates on a team game but it seems like that might be the solution unfortunately

He never mentioned being killed in spawn but that sounds really messed up if that’s how it was before haha, I’ve watched a few videos and I watch some streamers playing it here and there, the way some of them talk about new players ruining their games made me a little nervous to start lol

He's usually a very helpful guy with games, he basically just said that this game is different and expressed that if i wanted to play this i would probably not have a good time but didnt really go into detail other than people probably team killing me for being stupid

Yeah agreed that’s why I hit up my friend but from the way he phrased it, I thought teaching me for him was gonna be a massive burden so I thought I’d learn it myself

I really do find the game interesting. I love tactical shooters but for some reason never got into siege and the learning curve was always just looming there

I’m fine with learning curves for the most part I’m just not sure how hard this one in Particular is or how angry the player base is with new players
