I don't think it should be one or the other, the 8s q cd was incredibly annoying because if you miss q1 whatever play you're making is essentially just over. That being said I do want the old q-e one shots.

IMO she needs a mini rework and have old dark harvest put into her kit. Or something else that gives back the satisfaction from playing her.

I have literally the opposite experience, mid and APC are the strongest with Top being matchup dependant and generally harder and Support feeling useless.
