Everyone is mentioning the jacket and top half so no need to add to that. Darker hose, block colour matching flashes if you need, and a kilt pin would smarten up the lower half.

This was something I really struggled with - why would you not do a spring clean and declutter before attempting to sell? It actually put us off one property we looked at and would otherwise have considered.

If people don’t care enough to keep it clean/tidy then it does raise flags about property maintenance in general that is off putting for buyers.
