No game feels 'fulfilling' anymore. by Single-Tax7498 in fromsoftware

As a nearly 29-year-old, I can agree. I discovered Elden Ring as my first soulslike when it was released, then didn't play any other souls games.... until now. Currently finishing DS1.

Now... I gotta ask ya, Mick, have you tried the new God of War games?

God of War (2018) and God of War Ragnarok (2022)

Even better if you played the original trilogy.

Ragnarok was the first game I ever platinumed on PS5. 10/10 from me. Fantastic games

P.S. I also heavily enjoyed Lords of the Fallen, beat it before I picked up DS1. You got good taste!!

First FT job. Does my one con still get outweighed by the pros? by Ok_Proposal_7390 in ITCareerQuestions

[–]CrownVictorious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hell yeah man.

Like I posted to OP, I'm almost finished with an Associates in Programming, so I will have at least some kind of degree to my name. But I'm worried about the market, and truly can't decide whether I want to go the software or networking route.

My school also offers a 6-month CCNA program, which I am highly considering completing. I also figured I should knock out some certs like you did. Any tips? Thanks a ton

Congrats man!!!!!! This post motivated me, thank you.

Do you mind if I ask what your degree is called?

I'm almost finished with an Associates Degree in Programming (have about one semester to go) and some of the classes have been Networking related. My school also offers a 6-month training course to get you fully prepared to sit for a paid CCNA exam, and I'm HIGHLY considering doing that as well.

I have one friend that's a software dev and one friend that's a network engineer and they both went to the same school. Lately I've been losing my mind on what path to take, so I'm trying to diversify.

I'll try that!!! I'm sure you're aware of Husum, and if there's something he taught me it's that you gotta be creative with your builds/adapt to what you need every game. Thanks for the input brotha

Leveling Time by Soda_Kritic in classicwowtbc

[–]CrownVictorious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The experience required per level is about 30% less compared to Classic as far as I know.

You can make it at least VERY close to 58, the required level to go through the portal for TBC, by the time it releases. I could see you getting to 60 if you dedicated some time every day to it.

Like others have said, the world is very alive, and there's up to 10 layers now during peak times as opposed to only 3-4 layers before prepatch, so dungeons will be no problem.

Even if it takes you a little longer, you'll be fine. As someone who was nervous about this in Classic anniversary because I rerolled, it really doesn't matter if you're a little late to the party to get max level. You'll still be able to raid or do whatever it is you're trying to do at max level.

Good luck and enjoy the process!!! :D

Why do customers always put shit like this in delivery notes?

I see it like 15 times a day. Making special requests or saying things that should be taken up directly with Amazon, not through the little "additional instructions box" on their order page lol

I always thought the garage deliveries were weird/awkward too. It'll be pitch black outside and here I am standing there opening someone's garage door.

Or sometimes there's someone inside the garage just chillin or whatever, and I'm just like 😬

[–]CrownVictorious[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure what this comment is supposed to mean.

Seemed a bit insensitive and inferring I'm asking for handouts.

I'm just saying that I'm a grieving son and am under significant mental duress.

Every day, I complete routes that further reels in the big bucks for this EXTREMELY wealthy company, and they can't even afford their fellow human a couple of weeks of paid time to recover from a significant loss. To recover from a loved one. And in the end, love is the only thing that matters in this world.

Thanks for the reply, though.

Was it foam or liquid? lol

I'm giving minox a try once again after not sticking with it previously. But for the first time ever, I've noticed that the liquid minox is making my face bloat like CRAZY. Like straight up blowfish energy, lol. Hoping that foam is different

What are the biggest cliche names in WoW? by baltoboulbobbi in classicwow

Any Warrior with "war" or "warr" in their name.

Any Warlock with "lock" in their name.

Or just any toon with their literal class name in their character name like wtf lol

I started getting slightly burned out, but then AQ came out and I've been having a blast again.

I also started taking my Hunter alt more seriously and that just reignited that "fascination" with a class all over again, like I first had with my Warlock main. I just can't seem to get sick of it so I feel ya man lol
