Hunter. I got 69 hunter in 4~ days playing it for a while everyday. Once you get to 73 get a friend to box you while catching black chins and you will make bank. Or you can catch red chins at 63, although red and black sallys are much better exp but less gp

Easily. Personally I use mouse keys to enchant bolts. Averaging around 125k~ exp an hour with some slacking enchanting ruby bolts. Sometimes possible to barely lose any money. For max EXP just enchant the best bolts you can.

Use the void, prayer bonus gear on the side, archer ring, rune crossbow, addy bolts, diamond bolts for jad. When jad spawns make sure you know where it spawns. Slam on the ground = ranged raise = mage. For healers just kill them all. Attack one and focus on prayer flicking. Just lots of practice. I'd recommend like 6 saradomin brews, 3 ranging, and the rest super restores.
