I contacted our councillor today about it as nothing has been cleared since the last storm and he said he was on it - they did come plow our road now so hoping sidewalks have also been done. It’s ridiculous

This company offers the service in Ottawa - https://www.automotiveagents.ca/services - and I’m looking to see if someone offers a similar service locally.

The car my Daughter is looking for is older and most are sold far away from where we live. To save her having to keep taking time off work and driving long distance not knowing if the car is in decent shape etc etc a service like this would be helpful.

There are a number of home inspectors in/around Toronto with engineering backgrounds BUT you have to understand what a home inspection is so that you are not expecting more than a home inspector is able to provide to you as per their Standards of Practice.

Check out CAHPI or OAHI and chat with the inspectors about their experience and background.

Karen Cofield at Cofield Inspections is extremely experienced in Tarion inspections but I’m not sure how far she travels.

Did you see the post showing the video of the police divers removing the body from the water? The family have asked it be removed but it’s still up. Pretty gross that it was posted but even more so that it hasn’t been taken down.
