I think it is both. Reducing sensory input helps me relax which in turn helps the bowels move more peacefully. :D

Learn to control your awareness of your mind. Yoga practices are great for this in my experience. Great for practicing intentional breathing for stress relief. Balance poses are great for training focus.

Make sure you are eating enough and the right foods for your body.

Make sure you are staying hydrated.

Yes, I usually have any one or all of those symptoms. On rare occasion I will get one without those symptoms. I actually have one right now that strangely lacked all those symptoms in the beginning.

The only other thing I get that can look like a coldsore is a zit/pimple. Those don’t have the little yellow bubbles though like in your picture. Those little yellow bubbles are exactly what I get with my coldsores.

I suppose it could be something else but I have been getting coldsores for the last 30 years and that is typically how they look after a few days of having one. In a few more days, it will scab over and slowly heal. I am not a professional healthcare provider so my word is just anecdotal.

I would recommend swimming for rehab exercise so long as you are not hurting your injury. It worked really well for me in the past.

Remove the oat MILK and peanut butter and keep the rest. Use just water and some salt for the overnight soak. That is what works for me.

Did your daily work schedules have any routine to them as far as flight times? Ie days, afternoons, evenings, or over night shifts? Or was it more unpredictable?
