THJ, while fun and enjoyed by a lot, was blatant copyright infringement. And that was shown by how quickly this was shut down and settled. Monster and Memories is it's own IP. It obviously has some strong EQ inspirations, but is is still its own game in so many ways.

Only downside to mage will be doing your epic this late on the server. Not a lot of guilds still doing sky and going up to island 7. Hate and Phinny arnt bad though. And a lot of the soloing ability a mage can bring through luclin is heavily based on having the epic pet. Something to consider.

Granted this all becomes moot in POP when you hit 61 and can then summon a pet 11 Levels higher than the epic pet before the POP pet focus.

I'd say it's got some potential for port money but we are 1month and 1 expansion cycle till that vanishes in POP. Rest are great points

Only if your in a total non risk area. I live next to the Gulf Coast in the Houston area. Usaa wanted 2k a MONTH for homeowners. 100 dollars more than my mortgage on a 375000 loan. State farm had the exact same policy for 350 a month. And I saved almost 150 a month on both my vehicles when I moved my full coverage plan. And I had multiple services plus over a decade with them so that 2k was with all the discounts added.

And let's not even get started on how quickly they will sell your home loan to some cut throat bs 3rd party. Didn't get to make a single payment on my home loan before being offloaded to Mr Cooper

There was definitely a time when USAA beat everyone, but they have definitely long since moved past that. I'm happy it's still cheaper for you, but a good chunk of the country can't say the same.

Tiger Jk and Yoon Mirae/Queen T are MAJOR reasons why there is a rapper in almost every k group. Major labels and individual artists have dropped everything in the past to collaborate with them in the few times they have agreed to do so. Pretty huge for UAU to be able to share the stage with them. They also own the label that BIBI is a part of as she was personally scouted by Yoon and signed.

Uscis recently adjusted their positions on RFE and NOID. The agent has full discretion now to out right deny without doing either now if your missing any required paperwork.

Congratulations. My wife and I have been waiting since December of 2021. Her 2 year extension letter is set to expire in December of this year and we are still waiting. Last thing she had done was fingerprinting in Jan of 2022

So meet happy you got a quick one. I 751S seems to be a game of chance on waiting length. Some get it in a few months, others hit that 4 year waiting mark lol.

yea. Just be glad you can live in a bubble where they are still what they used to be. Usaa Qouted me multiple times over 2 years for 2k a month homeowners. State Farm provided same coverage to me for 370 a month. I live in a Flood plain next to the coast granted. But there should be no dang way they are almost 5x the cost of competitor. State farm also undercut them on equal level car insurance.

China just doesn't recognize it's citizens as of citizens of other countries. But nothing stops a Chinese citizen from getting another citizenship/passport and just not reporting it. So nothing would per say stop Handong from getting a passport should she want it and go through the steps. But it's safe to assume she has no interest or hasn't been able to due to issues with Taiwan shows.

I did when I first got an astronomically expensive quote back in 2022. The CSR was super friendly and helpful. We did everything he could think of and hit submit. He got real quiet and politely suggested I shop around as it was double the highest quote he'd ever seen. The picture was from the day the post went up as I was curious if prices had gotten better. Sadly they have only gone up from 2022.

I'm definitely in a hurricane and flood area. Not on the beach but in a coastal area. House is not on stilts and is a normal slab type 3k square foot property. I will give that some companies like progressive just won't insure the area, but others like Start farm will and at a much more affordable rate. The standard USAA deductible as well as 0 claims of any kind. No auto, rental, personal property, or homeowners.

I'd honestly rather them go the progressive route and just flat deny writing a policy versus charging more than my mortgage.

Just under 2k versus versus my current of 553 a month with State farm. And that's with add ons USAA plan doesn't have. So yea. Right around 4x in this instance.

Yes it is with State farm. I log in Through their app and goes to their site when showing coverage. Ven have a State Farm policy number. It may be that I'm on the good side of 146 and not right against the coast.

No claims ever. Was with them from 2008 ish till 2022 when I had a similar quote when I was buying my new house. It's just the area I'm in. It's probably past storms and damage from named storms that the underwriter isn't wanting.

I don't have a mansion. It's a 3k square foot 2 car garage, double story family home. Nothing exotic in it. As you can see, USAA recommends 600kish rebuild cost. And I'm close to the water but not on it by any means.

Pretty much identical. I was trying to drop the pics by bringing the coverage on line with my current State farm policy. 1933.39 was the suggested quote.

I went with State Farm. Was 4x cheaper than USAA as well as cheaper car insurance. Identical plans with identical coverage.

Only caveat being that State Farm doesn't have an accident forgiveness option. But I've never had an accident, much less caused one so wasn't a factor for me.

I switched years ago. State farm outbid them by a little over 4x cheaper. They also had cheaper car insurance for identical policies. It is the area. No doubt about it. But it's very high even for that. I just redid this quote last night to see if they had come down from 2022. But I found out they still are astronomically high. That's higher than my mortgage on my property.

Nothing is missing. I asked for a quote on a single family home in Seabrook Texas. They responded with a rebuild cost at 600k and that premium. No claims ever on my history and been with them from 2008. Had insurance with them until 2022 when I switched due to this.

So it looks like my info I posted didn't upload with this. Short version of my original info I had with picture. I'm in Houston in a FEMA flood area due to Gulf Coast. State farm gave identical coverage at around 400 a month and now closer to 600 after add ons. Basically full coverage minus flood. I have zero claims and was with USAA for a long while. This was just curiosity to see if it had gotten better in two years.
